artist & partner marketing manager -

Location: Hybrid / remote (US or Europe-based preferred)

Employment type: Full-time

We’re looking for an Artist & Partner Marketing Manager to shape how Arctic’s artists and releases are presented to the world. You’ll combine creative storytelling with a sharp sense for opportunity — building narratives, pitching releases, and strengthening our presence across streaming platforms.

What you’ll do

  • Develop artist stories, bios, and release materials that capture attention and feel authentic.

  • Pitch upcoming releases weekly to streaming platforms (DSPs) — crafting clear, compelling angles that drive playlisting and visibility.

  • Identify and act on opportunities across platforms: editorial themes, new playlists, seasonal campaigns, and feature trends.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key DSP partners, ensuring Arctic stays top of mind.

  • Share actionable insights with the team — turning trends and feedback into creative ideas.

  • Collaborate closely with A&R and production to make every release stand out and perform its best.

Who you are

  • You’re hungry, curious, and hands-on — the kind of person who can’t sit still when there’s potential to unlock.

  • You love music, storytelling, and taking things from idea to action.

  • You’re a marketer with excellent communication skills and a go-getter attitude — organized, proactive, and always moving things forward.

  • You thrive in an environment where no two weeks look the same, and you don’t wait for permission — you see what needs to be done and make it happen.

  • Experience in marketing, PR, or the music industry is a plus — but drive and initiative matter more.

What we offer

  • Full-time role with a flexible, remote setup — work from wherever you’re most inspired.

  • Arctic is based in Sweden and operates globally. For candidates outside Sweden, the position will be structured as a full-time contractor agreement, allowing for flexibility in location and setup.

  • Freedom under responsibility — trust, ownership, and autonomy in your role.

  • A small, creative team where ideas move fast and every person makes real impact.

  • Salary based on experience and location.

  • Room to grow as Arctic expands globally — we value ambition and initiative.

  • The chance to be part of something meaningful: building a sustainable home for creators worldwide.

Who we are

Arctic is a creative label and studio shaping the next generation of music — soundtracking moods and moments across a wide array of genres.

Born in Stockholm with a global footprint across Europe and the US, we’re a team of artists, producers, and creative coworkers driven by craft, curiosity, and collaboration.

We believe in combining creativity with structure to build sustainable opportunities — creating a home for those who break boundaries and redefine what it means to be an artist.
